The automatic self-cleaning brush filter features stainless steel strainer elements and wire brushes with transmission components. Cleaning and drainage operations are automatically controlled by drive motor and electrical valve systems.

Operation modes include automatic running (with manual override capability), featuring dual functionality for pressure differential and regular automatic drainage. The automation system utilizes advanced PLC technology for reliable performance.

When water flows through the filter, impurities are captured by the strainer. As impurities accumulate, pressure differential reaches 0.04Mpa, triggering the pressure switch to signal the PLC. The system then activates the drive motor and opens the drainage valve, removing accumulated impurities with rotating brushes and discharging them through the drainage exit.
