Rectangular aluminum tube is a hollow strip profile with a rectangular cross-section, which is one of the most common and useful forms of aluminum in the fields of construction, industry, and consumption. It combines the advantages of lightweight and corrosion resistance of aluminum with the structural advantages of rectangular cross-section. Rectangular aluminum tubes are manufactured through the extrusion process. Force the heated aluminum ingot through a specific shaped mold (rectangular mouth mold) to obtain continuous and consistent cross-section pipes. Afterwards, straightening, cutting, heat treatment, and surface treatment will be carried out as needed.
