Overhead Line Fittings
Vibration damper is used for the mechanical protection of ground wires and conductors of overhead transmission lines to reduce the damage caused by the vibration of the wires and conductors.
The spacers-damper is mounted on the bundled conductor to fix the space between the bundled conductors and in the event of a short circuit, no electromagnetic force is generated between the bundled conductor, which can also play a certain role in suppressing the oscillation of the sub-range and the vibration of breeze.
The jumper spacer damper is used to maintain a reasonable gap between the jumper conductor and the link fittings, to avoid fatigue damage of the tension-resistant jumper conductor clamps, and to avoid damage caused by whipping of conductors against the fittings.
The clamp is made of aluminum alloy and riveted to the steel strand,counter weights are Grey iron, painted or hot-dip galvanized. The other parts are hot-dip galvanized.
