• Product Description

       To create an etched stainless steel mirror , a pattern or design is first applied to the surface of the mirror using a stencil or other masking material . The mirror is then coated with an acid - resistant material , leaving only the areas where the pattern or design was applied exposed . The mirror is then exposed to an acid solution , which etches away the unprotected areas of the mirror surface , creating the desired pattern or design .

After the etching process is complete , the acid - resistant material is removed from the mirror surface , leaving behind the etched design . The mirror can then be cleaned and polished to restore its original reflective properties .
