Galvanized welded wire mesh specifically engineered for pipeline concrete coating reinforcement. This 2.4mm diameter wire with 25.4mm openings provides exceptional structural support for subsea and underground pipeline applications.
Construction & Design
Pipeline reinforced mesh consists of two primary components:
- Line Wire: Deeply crimped and spaced at equal distances, welded into wavy structure with 6, 8, or 10 cross wires per mesh
- Cross Wire: Straight wires spaced uniformly across the mesh, securely fixed through spot welding
Exposed wire edge ≤ 2.5mm ensures excellent corrosion and rust resistance for pipeline protection.
