Strip Brush

        Our strip brushes are made by taking a flat piece of galvanized steel or stainless steel, laying filaments perpendicular to the sheet metal then laying a central wire parallel to the sheet metal and then clamping the sheet metal around the retaining wire. Strip brushes can be formed to cylinder brushes, inside disk brushes, outside disk brushes, cup brushes, or remain as straight strip brushes.

Strip brushes, often called metal channel back brushes, are versatile and durable. These brushes consist of natural, synthetic or metal fills held securely in place by a U-shaped metal channel and center wire. Strip brushes are manufactured straight (customized length), and can be transformed into other shapes such as disks, ovals, cups or cylinders.

The brush is composed of a metal base, brush bristles and an aluminum alloy support. The aluminum alloy bracket is easy to install and easy to use. The color and size of the brush can be customized.
