Installed on industrial machines, mainly used for heavy cleaning, polishing, deburring, grinding spiral brush coils are installed on a core system made of low carbon steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metals, after the core is installed, the roller brush core is electrically balanced according to the speed and quality required by ISO. Our roller brushes feature a perfectly trimmed and/or polished filled surface to ensure concentricity. With a pressure or mounting ring system, you can ensure that the coil is completely secured to the drum core, and in some cases you can also opt for the simpler option of securing the brush coil to the core, i.e. without using the mounting ring, but by spot-welding the spiral at both ends of the brush core. Almost all filling materials can be used.
