Sponge absorbent roller

It is made of high-density PVA foam with hydrophilic molecules. Its interconnected micropores provide excellent water absorption, rapid drying, and good corrosion resistance. It is widely used in the glass, steel, and aluminum industries for cleaning, pressurizing, water absorption, and dehydration of product surfaces. Water droplets on the product surface are quickly absorbed.

The material is generally PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) foam; custom sizes are available.

Main Application Areas

Printing Industry (Main Application):

• Offset Printing: Used to absorb moisture (dampening solution) from non-image areas of the printing plate cylinder during the printing process, it is a key component for achieving "ink-water balance." Its performance directly affects print quality and efficiency.
• Cleaning Process: Used to clean the blanket cylinders and impression cylinders of printing presses, quickly removing cleaning agents and wastewater.

Metal Processing Industry:

• Galvanized Steel Sheet and Color-Coated Steel Sheet Production Lines: After the steel sheets have been cleaned, coated, and painted, absorbent rollers are used to remove residual liquids (such as water, passivation solution, and coolant) from the surface, ensuring the steel sheet surface is absolutely dry and preventing water stains and rust.

Glass and Mirror Manufacturing:

• At the end of a glass washing machine, absorbent rollers are used to remove moisture from the glass surface, achieving rapid and residue-free drying.
• Lithium-ion Battery Manufacturing:
• During the coating process, it is used to clean the electrode surface, removing excess slurry or cleaning solution.

Paper and Textile Industry:

• Used to control the moisture content of paper or fabric, or to remove excess liquid after certain treatments.
