The most commonly used extruder models are SJ-45mm Model and SJ-65mm Model, which can manufacture corrugated pipe ranging: φ9-20mm, φ16-50mm.
SJ-45/65mm Single Screw Extruder, which is installed with one φ45mm or φ65mm screw, is mainly used to process PP, PE, PVC,ABS, PA, etc. This SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules used for making corrugated pipe. This Extruder Plasticizing performance is super excerllent, by a accurately control temperature system, <0.1℃. While a better controlled polymers will gives high glossy, shining, friction resisting corrugates wall surface.
