API Certified Choke and Kill Manifold System
The choke manifold and kill manifold is essential well control equipment designed to manage well kicks and implement pressure control technology in oil and gas operations. When the blowout preventer (BOP) is closed, the choke valve regulates casing pressure to maintain bottom hole pressure slightly above formation pressure, preventing additional formation fluid from entering the wellbore. The system also enables pressure relief for soft shut-in procedures.

Operating Principle
During well pressure increases, the choke manifold's valves (including manual, hydraulic, and positive chokes) regulate fluid release to control casing pressure. High-pressure scenarios allow direct blowout through gate valves for immediate pressure management.

  • Install in easily accessible locations with pre-installation pressure testing at rated working pressure
  • Maintain level, straight pipeline alignment using 120-degree steel bent pipes where necessary
