System Configuration
The choke manifold system includes:

Operating Principles
When well pressure increases, the choke manifold system provides precise control through selective operation of choke valves. This allows controlled release of well fluids to manage casing pressure effectively. High-pressure conditions can be directly vented through gate valves when necessary.
Installation & Operation Guidelines
- All components must be compatible with BOP stack working pressure ratings
- Install in easily accessible locations for operator convenience
- Perform pressure testing before installation (seat test pressure equals rated working pressure)
- Ensure line pipes are level and straight, using 120-degree steel bent pipes for turns
- Install pressure gauges for monitoring system performance
- Designed for operation in low-temperature winter conditions

Standard pressure ratings include 2,000 psi, 3,000 psi, 5,000 psi, 10,000 psi, and 15,000 psi. Custom pressure ratings available upon customer request.
