Simple and intelligent system
According to the entered inner diameter or outer diameter after bending, the system automatically calculates the slot distance when processing, and displays the two-dimensional sketch map after bending, capacity and required sheet width. Easy to operate, easy to learn and understand, reduce the demand for talents and reduce labor costs.
The materials to be processed by GSDM v grooving machine are fixed by hydraulic clamping system, and flexible clamping and unloading devices are used: high-precision guidance system, position measurement system and hydraulic balancing function, to meet the needs of processing board surface free of trauma as far as possible. The hydraulic pressure is adjustable and reliable. The hydraulic system is equipped with an accumulator for compensation. The motor works in a clearance manner to save energy and control oil temperature.
Double power
The equipment is jointly driven by two servo motors and two sets of gears and racks, with higher torque, faster speed and smoother operation.
Intermittent Working Hydraulic Station
Avoid high oil temperature and motor temperature caused by long working time of oil pump, save energy and power, and prevent early aging of oil pipe and sealing ring.
