The GSFM v grooving machine has a 5-axis CNC system and is driven by 5 independent servo motors; The tool holder is equipped with an automatic rotation system, which can realize the one-time forming of four-sided planing of plates. The workpiece no longer needs to be turned and moved manually, which greatly improves the dimensional accuracy, saves labor costs, saves time costs, and improves production efficiency.
The materials to be processed by GSFM v grooving machine are fixed by hydraulic clamping system, and flexible clamping and unloading devices are used: high-precision guidance system, position measurement system and hydraulic balancing function, to meet the needs of processing board surface free of trauma as far as possible. The hydraulic pressure is adjustable and reliable. The hydraulic system is equipped with an accumulator for compensation. The motor works in a clearance manner to save energy and control oil temperature.
