1. Model Overview
The machine is suitable forpaperboard and corrugated paper, cardboard, and motion controller and servo correction system. By using the relative positions of multiple sets of photoelectric induction paper, the servo motor on both sides of the control paper is independently compensated, and the position of the paper is tracked to make the paper and the bottom paper accurately positioned. The intelligent high-speed laminating machine is easy to oprate, and you can adjust the paper size automatically by one-touch.
2. Structure
A. Upper Paper Feeder: It can send stacks of 120-800gsm paper from above.
B. Bottom feed: It can send 0.5~10mm paperboard from below.
C. Gluing mechanism: The glued water can be applied to the fed paper.
D. Regulatory organization - Fits the two papers according to the set tolerances.
E. Pressurizing Conveyor... Presses the attached paper and conveys it to the delivery section.
