System Components
Bottom Sheet Feeding
Utilizes imported servo motor controlling system with Japan NITTA suction belt and large air blower to ensure smooth feeding of 2-ply, 3-ply, 4-ply, 5-ply and cardboard materials.
Top Sheet Feeding Mechanism
Features adjustable paper lifting and feeding nozzles adaptable to both thin and thick paper, combined with Becker pump for fast and smooth operation.
Electrical Control System
Incorporates USA Parker motion controller, Yaskawa servo system and inverter, plus Siemens PLC for maximum speed, accuracy and operational stability.
Pre-Stack System
Features preset function allowing paper size configuration through touch screen with automatic orientation to minimize setup time.
Transmission System
Utilizes Gates synchronical belt with SKF bearings for main transmission stability. Pressure rollers, dampening roller and glue value adjustable via handle with mechanical encoder.
Positioning & Glue System
Photocell technology combined with Parker Dynamic module and Yaskawa servo system ensures precise top and bottom paper alignment. Stainless steel glue roller with fine anilox grinding guarantees even coating distribution.
Glue Roller
Constructed from stainless steel to prevent rust, featuring narrow grinding for minimum glue quantity with even coating distribution. Down roller cleaned by water roller.
