ZGFM Series High-Speed Corrugated Board Mounting Machine
Automatically laminates paper with paperboard to enhance material strength and thickness for packaging boxes, billboards, and other applications.
Machine Operation & Structure
Key Components

Operating Principle
Top paper feeds through upper feeder to positioning detector. Bottom paper is coated with glue, then both papers proceed to synchronous detectors. Controller calculates error values, servo compensation devices align papers to predetermined positions for splicing, and pressurized conveyor delivers finished product.
