This fully automatic stacking machine serves as an accessory to flute laminating machines, designed for efficient handling of corrugated cardboard. The system streamlines paper counting, turning, and stacking operations while significantly reducing manual labor requirements.
Machine Configuration & Operation
The complete system comprises four integrated components: slow paper table, stack paper table, turning table, and receiving table. Paper enters from the crepe paper unit through the slow feeding table, accumulates into paper piles, then transfers to the turning table where a specialized mechanism flips the pile 180 degrees before conveying it to the receiving station.
