Key Functions & Operation
The machine laminates paper (120-800gsm) onto cardboard substrates (0.5-10mm thickness) using precision servo control systems for accurate alignment and high-speed production.
Operating Principle
Top paper feeds through the upper feeder to the positioning detector. Bottom paper receives adhesive coating before both materials synchronize through photoelectric sensors. Servo motors on both sides compensate for positioning errors, ensuring ±1.0mm alignment accuracy before pressure conveyance delivers finished laminated products.
