Gas water heater is designed and calculated based on the "standard conditions" of initial water temperature of 15℃ (close to the average cold water temperature across the country) and output water temperature of 40℃ (close to the bathing temperature of most people), so the water heater is based on 25℃ as the basic temperature rise.
