PRODUCT DISPLAY
RENO instant hot water boiler is used to heat the entire house,equipped with a copper heat exchanger with adjustable mesh burner and an integrated domestic hot water plate heat exchanger for showers and faucet.The heater features a digital display main screen for easy parameter setting. We can customize the internal structure to single heat exchanger,double heat exchanger,condensing or premix configuration which based on your requirements.The input power of the gas boiler ranges from 20kw-40kw.
The testing process for RENO gas wall hang boiler.
Step 1: Hang the machine
The first step is to hang the machine in the design area for testing.
Step 2:Connecting pipes and power next to water inlet and outlet pipes as well as the gas pipe, which are connected to the boiler,the power supply is also plugged in.
Step 3:water pressure test
The water switch is turned on to conduct the high pressure test to check the water circuit for any leaks.
Step 4: gas temperature test
After the water test,the gas switch is turned on to test the highest and lowest temperature that the boiler can reach.
Step 5: gas valve seal test
The seal of gas valve is checked to ensure it is airtight and secure each gas boiler undergoes two rounds of testing:the first is the semi-finished product test and the second is the finished product test.
Additional a sampling inspection is conducted to ensure the overall quality of the products.
This meticulous testing process ensures that every gas hung boiler meets the required standard for safety and performance.
