Introduction

HGND series pipeline pneumatic internal line-up Clamp generates radial force from the inside of the steel pipe to quickly aligns two pipe orifices to meet the requirements of pipeline welding. It operates and controls with compressed air as a power source.

1.The Internal Pneumatic Line-Up Clamp is for pipe laying barge and onshore project use.
2.The pneumatic Internal line-up clamp is specially for aligning pipes before pipeline welding process,large range from 6" to 80", FESTO Valve, Ingersoll or German COOPER drive motor and optimal design proved its best on site performance on offshore pipe laying barge and onshore project.
3. Copper back up shoes system would be equipped in internal line-up clamp for automatic welding system.
4. Purge system for argon welding can equipped in the internal line up clamp for CRA pipeline project.
5.Internal line up clamp which is pneumatic controlled for clamp shoe expanding / retract and electrical valve for motion control, is popular in offshore pipe laying.
6.There are also self-propelled and self-braking settings for Internal Pipe Alignment Clamp DKQ406 and above models,traveling speed:0-1M/S.
