INTRODUCTION
The counterweight mechanism is composed of a counterweight frame, a counterweight block, and a driving cylinder. The counterweight frame is a swing-out four-bar linkage mechanism. When the pipelayer is working, the number of counterweight blocks can be adjusted according to the lifting capacity. The expansion and contraction of the counterweight mechanism is driven by a hydraulic cylinder. The entire counterweight mechanism has a mature structure and is reliable in use.

Feature
The lifting system adopts open hydraulic transmission with gear pump oil supply with strong anti pollution ability and self-priming ability, with stable transmission, stepless speed change, good micro motion performance and strong adaptability.
The lifting hook and boom luffing are controlled by hydraulic winch, and the counterweight retraction and release are controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder, which meets the requirements for efficiency and accuracy during pipe crane operation.
The boom is welded with HG60 high-strength steel, with light weight and high strength.
