Working Principle:

The Tooth-Roller Crusher adopts a working mode of synchronous low-speed rotation of double tooth rollers in opposite directions. Materials enter the gap between the two rollers from the upper feed inlet and are crushed through the combined action of three forces:
1.Extrusion: The gap between the two rollers generates directly crushing the materials
2.Shearing: The relative movement of the tooth surfaces applies shearing force to cut off fibrous or tough materials
3.Splitting: The tooth tips wedge into the material interior, creating stress concentration and causing the material to break along natural cracks
Safety Protection Mechanism: When encountering uncrushable hard objects (such as iron blocks), the driven roller can automatically retreat via spring or hydraulic devices to avoid equipment damage, and reset automatically after the hard objects are discharged.
