Baodu's 25mm soundproof coolroom panels feature a three-layer sandwich construction with galvanized steel or aluminum external/internal plates. Available in two core material options: pure glass wool panels without PUR/PIR edge, or glass wool panels with PUR/PIR edge reinforcement.
Glass wool panels are composite structures where sheets are solidly bonded to glass wool insulation, providing both load-bearing capacity and thermal/acoustic protection. The insulation material consists of 95-99% liquid rock processed into fibrous strands for optimal structural integrity.
