Metal Plain Bearing PTFE Coated Composite DP4 Bushing
ZR-015 self-lubricating bearing is the lead-free version of ZR-010 bushing, featuring the same structure as ZR-010 sliding bearings. Also known as DU bushing, PTFE-based self-lubricating bushing, sliding bearing, plain steel bushing, LFB lead-free bushes, SF-1 plain dry bearing, and lead-free oilless bearing.

Mounting Recommendations
- Housing: Mounting bevel minimum 1.5 mm x 15-45°
- Shaft material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 2-3
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded
- Application of adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
