Maintenance Free Metal Plain Bearing Bronze Back PTFE Composite Bushing DU
ZR-011 PTFE lined self-lubricating DU-B bronze bearing features a bronze back with sintered bronze powder and PTFE layer. This sliding bearing is also known as DU-B Bushing, PAP P11 composite plain bearing, bronze back coated self-lubricating bushing, oil free bronze bushes, SF-1B oiless bearing, and plain dry sliding bronze bearings.
Material Structure
- PTFE with Pb: 0.01~0.03mm
- Porous bronze: 0.2~0.3mm
- Bronze backing: 0.7~2.3mm

Mounting Guidelines
- Housing: Mounting bevel min. 1.5 mm x 15-45°
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded
- Shaft Material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 2-3
- Use adequate force fitting mandrel; grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
- Stick-in method recommended
- Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface
