ZR-020W POM lined sliding bearing features a steel back sintered bronze structure with POM coating. This boundary lubricating bushing is manufactured as split bearings, half bearing bushings, and bearing shells. Also known as boundary lubricating bearings, DX bearings, SF-2 oilless bearings, PAP P20 composite plain bearings, and dry bushes.
Material Structure
- POM coating: 0.3-0.5mm thickness
- Porous bronze layer: 0.2-0.3mm thickness
- Steel backing: 0.4-2.2mm thickness
- Copper plating: 0.008mm thickness
