ZR-090W bronze thrust washer is manufactured from high-grade alloyed, hot-rolled phosphorous tin bronze. These sliding bronze thrust washers are specifically engineered to withstand heavy loads and provide excellent shock resistance. The entire bearing sliding surface features lubrication pockets that create a lubricating film to reduce friction during both startup and operation.

ZR-090W is designed for radial, oscillating, and axial movements, making it particularly suitable for medium to high load applications.

• Shaft tolerance: f7
• Housing mounting bevel: minimum 1.5 mm x 15-45°
• Shaft material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
• Shaft mounting bevel: 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded
• Application of adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable
• Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
• Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface during stick-in installation
