Product Overview
The 0604 DU bushing is a self-lubricating bearing engineered for reciprocating motion applications. Also known as DP4 DU bushing, SF-1 oilless bearing, or metal polymer composite bearing, it features a three-layer construction for exceptional performance without external lubrication.
Material Structure
- PTFE with copper layer: 0.01-0.03mm
- Porous bronze intermediate layer: 0.2-0.3mm
- Steel backing: 0.7-2.3mm
- Surface plating: Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm

Mounting Guidelines
- Housing: Minimum mounting bevel 1.5mm x 15-45°
- Shaft material: Steel (hardened or untempered) with surface roughness ≤ Rz 2-3
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5mm x 15° with rounded edges
- Use adequate force fitting mandrel for installation
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
