Six-Stage Production Process
1. Wood Chipping Section
Drum-type wood chipper processes raw materials into uniform chips under 5cm. Features pressure-reducing device for stable long-term operation.
2. Crushing Section
Hammer mill with impeller variable frequency feeder grinds wood chips into fine sawdust suitable for pelletizing.
3. Drying Section
Rotary drum dryer with burning stove reduces moisture content from 50% to optimal 15-18% range.
4. Pelleting Section
Core equipment featuring wear-resistant 42CrMo ring die that produces pellets with high compression ratio at 40-80°C operating temperature.
5. Cooling Section
Counterflow cooler reduces pellets to room temperature, enhancing hardness, strength, and storage stability.
6. Packing Section
Automatic packing system with thermoplastic sealing for 10kg-100kg bags, ensuring waterproof storage and extended shelf life.
