Operating instructions:

Preparation for startup

1. Confirm if the input voltage is correct

2. Confirm if the plug in the electrical box is secure

3. Confirm that the connection between the camera and display screen is correct

4. Startup and display screen debugging

Turn on the main power switch and display screen switch

5. Installation and use of the mouse

6. Display screen adjustment and usage

When the display screen is turned on and the mouse is connected, right-click to display the image shown in the following image on the right

Operating steps:

1. Turn on the power and press the [Power] button on the lower right side of the workbench

2. Place the steel mesh to be tested horizontally on the 【 Test Table 】

3. Adjust the brightness and lens focus of the top circular light.

4. Hold the armrest and control the direction of the XY axis to align the lens with each position to be detected.

5. Observe the real-time display screen for manual judgment

Precautions:

1. When installing the testing platform, it is necessary to adjust the level and fix the foot cup firmly

2. Do not place debris on the guide rail and workbench, and maintain it on schedule

3. The guide rail should be lubricated regularly

4. The machine should be grounded according to regulations

5. The lens and display screen are precision instruments, with slight movement control force
