Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation
• Remove all dust, grease, and oil from surface
• Sand existing varnish with 1200 grit sandpaper
• Apply 2-3 wet spray layers with 5-10 minute intervals
• Allow 10-15 minutes air drying before force drying
Spray Gun Setup
• Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm nozzle, 4-5kg/cm² pressure
