Application Instructions
Hardener Selection by Temperature
- Fast Dry Hardener: Recommended for temperatures below 15°C
- Standard Hardener: Optimal for 15-30°C temperature range
- Slow Dry Hardener: Best suited for temperatures above 30°C
Surface Preparation
- Ensure surface is completely clean, free from grease, oil, and dust
- Sand old varnish surfaces using 1200 grit sandpaper before clear coat application
Spray Application Parameters
- Recommended Coats: 2-3 layers at 40-60μm thickness
- Flash Time: 5-10 minutes between coats
- Spray Gun Nozzle: Gravity type 1.2-1.4mm / Suction type 1.3-1.5mm
- Spraying Pressure: 3-4 bar
- Spraying Viscosity: 13-18 seconds (Ford Cup #4 at 20°C)
- Maximum Coats: 3 layers
