Membrane Structure & Orientation

The PES membrane features an asymmetrical pore structure with largest openings on one side and smallest on the opposite. For optimal throughput, orient the dull/matte side (largest pores) upstream. For microscopic analysis, orient the shiny side (smallest pores) upstream to capture particles on the surface.
