Unlike conventional single-layer filters, our IV in-line filters feature an ABS shell housing one or double-layer hydrophilic PES membranes along with at least one PTFE venting membrane. This unique construction ensures comprehensive filtration of undissolved drug particles, precipitates, bacteria, endotoxins, glass/plastic/rubber fragments, and large lipids from intravenous solutions.

The hydrophobic PTFE venting membrane immediately removes air bubbles from aqueous solutions inline or downstream in fluidic systems, preventing dangerous air entry into vascular systems of adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

Each single-use IV filter undergoes ultrasonic welding for leak-proof construction and is integrity tested. Every unit receives meticulous four-stage inspection to guarantee compliance with high quality and safety standards, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding applications.
