Some of Die casting processing technology:

1. Injection:
   • A piston or plunger pushes the molten metal into the mold cavity under high pressure. This pressure ensures that the metal completely fills the mold, including complex details and thin sections.
   • The metal rapidly cools and solidifies within the mold.
2. Ejection:
   • After the metal has solidified, the movable die half (ejector die) is opened, and ejector pins or mechanisms push the finished part out of the mold cavity.
3. Trimming and Finishing:
   • The casting may require post-processing steps, such as trimming excess material, removing flash, and surface finishing (e.g., grinding, polishing) to meet final specifications.
