The DEGOLD 1000L Horizontal Bead Grinding Mill is an SGS-approved industrial wet milling machine designed for continuous grinding of solids in liquid suspensions. With a 1000-liter grinding chamber volume, this zirconia bead mill efficiently reduces particle size for various industrial applications.
Operating Principle
The mill operates through a rotary grinding shaft that drives grinding mediums within the chamber. These mediums transfer mechanical energy to the materials, effectively reducing particle size. A gap separator ensures proper separation between products and grinding mediums, making it suitable for formulations with different viscosities.
