Usage of adult circumcision device

The circumcision stapler is a circumcision stapler. Before surgery, it is necessary to prepare the foreskin and use a measuring ruler to select the model of the stapler

1. Conventional disinfection cloth
2. Local anesthesia for the p-e-n-i-s
3. After satisfactory anesthesia, use four vascular forceps to lift the foreskin

6. Tighten the stapler
7. Before tightening, the glans protection cover can be adjusted
8. Generally, leave longer at the frenulum of the foreskin

12. Release the handle
13. Remove the stapler and glans protection cover
14. Compression hemostasis at the anastomotic site
