Easythru® Closed Suction System 24 hours can connect to artificial airways, offering continuous ventilation while doing suction.
Compared to open suction system, it can prevent the bacteria being introduced into the lungs together with the catheter. And at the same time closed suction system also protects the caregiver from cross-infection when patients coughing.

This design make safely pump the sputum of mechanically ventilated patients through clear airway secretions, while maintaining ventilation and maintaining the patient's blood oxygen saturation throughout the suction process.

1. Individually packed and sterilized.
2. L piece double swivel elbow connector. One port is to tracheal tube or tracheostomy tube. The other can be connected to ventilation. It is also with a MDI port.
3. Isolation valve is opened when suction and closed when suction is finished.
4. Irrigation port is for cleaning the tube after suction.
5. The PU sleeve is wrap around the suction catheter. It is kink resistant and closed.
6. The tube tip is extra soft, avoiding the damage of tissue when suction. Scale mark is clear for caregivers to identify the suction depth.
7. Suction control valve is with a built-in locking system to prevent accidental pressing.
8. This end port is with a cap. After detached the cap, it could be connected to a suction tubing
