Steps For Operation:
1. Open the package and take out the breathing exercise.
2. Take out the inhale tubing with mouthpiece from the handle, pull the inhaletubing to the required length, and connect the end ofthe inhale tubing with theintake ofthe breathing exercise.
3. Hold the incentive spirometer in an upright position.
4.Exhale deeply and exhale as much air as possible, then hold the mouthpieceand inhale as deeply and evenly as you can, causing the indicator ball to risetoward and stay in the middle ofthe smiling face position, so that the piston risesslowly and remains as long as possible.
5.Remove the breathing exercise and exhale.
6.Repeat step 3 and step 4 for 10-15 minutes after deep breathing training. thenrest with normal breathing. Users can use breathing exercise for deep breathingexercise, and record the maximum that can be achieved; patients after surgerycan carry out deep breathing training under the guidance ofmedical staff.
