A. Function: finish the surface paint on the thick fiber board (such as board furniture, bamboo flooring, MDF board, chipboard, calcium silicate board, etc.) to achieve the smooth effect, and scrape off the excess paint for recycling.
B. Features: the coating wheel, quantitative rolling, filling wheel and conveyor belt are all controlled by independent frequency converter and reducer.The conveyor belt adopts imported solvent resistant stripe belt.The machine is suitable for all kinds of filling putty, such as UV, water putty, etc.
C. Optional: this machine can be controlled by PLC microcomputer;Use automatic lifting device.
Main Feature:
- The machine is made of 18 mm thick steel plate. Very strong and stable.
- The rubber roller is made of imported material. The roller surface is precision machined by CNC. Make sure the coating is more even and smoother.
- Electric lifting system to reduce deviation. The coating is more uniform. The machine runs more stably.
- The 7-inch touch screen makes operation simpler and more convenient. Manual, blocking, automatic three modes freely switch. In the automatic mode, the panel button can be started and stopped with one button.
- The conveyor belt is 4mm anti-skid belt, resistant to solvents and prevent delamination.Conveying and anti-deviation device. The transmission is more stable.
- The bearing seal structure prevents paint from penetrating.
