The Trancar Industries Model TCM-WR automatic steel wire rod polishing machine is designed for stainless steel metal wire rods' surface grinding and buffing. This machine adopts mechanical method to process the surface of metal wire rod to grind, polish and remove rust, replacing the original pickling process. It's environmentally friendly and energy saving, meeting the requirements of mass production while achieving high production efficiency and stable, reliable product quality.

This belt sander removes oxide scale or oxide film and its particles from the wire. Through the four fixed rollers (single side) and two tension rollers supported by the turntable, two high-speed rotating abrasive belts are driven to polish, with the rotation speed of the turntable and the feed speed of the wire matching each other. The thickness of the double-headed belt can be freely combined according to the product's finish requirements. Custom design service is available.
