The Trancar Industries Model TCM-WR automatic steel wire rod cleaning machine is designed for stainless steel metal wire rods' surface grinding and buffing. This machine uses mechanical methods to process metal wire rod surfaces for grinding, polishing, and rust removal, replacing traditional pickling methods while being environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
This belt sander effectively removes oxide scale or oxide film and its particles from wire. Through four fixed rollers (single side) and two tension rollers supported by the turntable, two high-speed rotating abrasive belts provide consistent polishing. The rotation speed of the turntable and the feed speed of the wire are precisely matched for optimal results.
