Body and components manufactured from Milhanna high-grade cast iron FC30, undergoing artificial normalized heat treatment and natural aging. Components processed using world-class equipment including YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, and ELB for micron-level precision.
Machine guide rails and precision ball screws feature continuous automatic lubrication for extended service life and maintained accuracy. The cooling system is separated from the main body to eliminate vibration and improve heat dissipation.
Equipped with Siemens 828D CNC automatic grinding system with secondary development. User-friendly Chinese operation interface with multiple optional equipment choices including inner hole grinding device, automatic end measuring device, and automatic outside diameter measuring device.
