Body and components cast from Milhanna high-grade FC30 cast iron with artificial normalization heat treatment and natural aging. Components processed using world-class equipment from YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, and ELB with single clamping processing for micron-level precision.
Machine guide rails and precision ball screws feature continuous automatic lubrication for extended service life and accuracy. Separate cooling system eliminates vibration and improves heat dissipation.
Equipped with Siemens 828D CNC automatic grinding system with secondary development. User-friendly interface with multiple optional equipment including inner hole grinding, automatic end measuring, and automatic outside diameter measuring devices.
Standard configuration features rear four and rear two bearing structure. Optional high-precision dynamic and static pressure spindle available with adjustable grinding wheel speed up to 3500 RPM and 60m/s for special workpiece requirements.
