Body and components manufactured from Milhanna high-grade cast iron FC30, processed using world-class equipment including YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, and ELB. Precision machining ensures micron-level accuracy for high-precision equipment foundations.
Machine guide rails and precision ball screws feature continuous automatic lubrication. The grinding feed system utilizes V and flat track precision components with C3 level precision grinding ball screws for smooth movement and excellent repeat positioning accuracy.
Standard configuration includes rear four and rear two bearing structure. Optional high-precision dynamic and static pressure spindle available with rotation precision up to 3500 RPM and 60m/s grinding speed.
Siemens 828D CNC system with secondary development, featuring all-Chinese operation interface. Equipped with Siemens high-performance servo motors and automatic sand repair with compensation functions.
