Adjusting wheel spindle drive adopts servo motor, speed control 0-250rpm(digital control) can be arbitrarily set speed,
adjust to the best linear speed, when adjusting wheel diameter changes still can maintain the same linear speed, grinding
out the best product.
The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by the synchronous belt.
It can hit the tilt Angle with the adjusting wheel at the same time during grinding to ensure that the two belt wheels are
always parallel. It overcomes many adverse effects caused by inertia loss and chain Angle caused by chain multi-segment
transmission of old centerless grinder. And eliminates the need to constantly change chains and zipper springs.
