To ensure accuracy and load-bearing capabilities, the double column vertical lathe adopts a short spindle structure. The spindle centering bearing utilizes high-precision double row roller bearings. The worktable is equipped with a constant flow hydrostatic guideway, which supplies pressure oil to the static pressure oil cavity through an equivalent oil distributor. This design enhances both radial and axial precision of the worktable.

The main movement of the machine is driven by an AC servo motor, providing excellent dynamic characteristics. The worktable also has strong instantaneous overload capacity. The feeding axis movement is achieved through a servo motor driving a high-precision ball screw structure via a reduction box, ensuring accurate positioning.
