Horizontal CNC lathe machine

Each lubrication point adopts a forced automatic lubrication device for fixed-point and quantitative lubrication of the lead screw and guide rail. When there is an abnormal state or the amount of oil is insufficient, a warning signal is automatically generated.

Use domestic 250 manual chuck.

The guide rail is equipped with a scraping device to prevent the guide rail from being corroded by iron filings and coolant, and to facilitate the cleaning of the iron filings.

Features: 
 (1)The machine can process precisely internal or external diameter, face, taper, arc and threading with high efficiency.  
(2) Standard tool-post is 4-stations, also 6-stations tool-post can be optional selection  Spindle speed changed  by frequency. 
(3)Induction harden bedway. Bed saddle with plastic sticker can improve the accuracy and service life of the machine. 
(4)The spindle is supported by imported precision bearings.  
(5)Normally machine is provided with 3jaw chuck. According to customer’s optional selection, hydraulic chuck or pneumatic chuck also can be supplied.
