1. This machine is primarily used for processing medium-sized tire molds, flanges, various valves and pipelines, pressure vessels, screw propellers, steam machine accessories, plastic molds, shafts, and other workpieces.
2. It is suitable for processing internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and end faces, among others.
3. The spindle bearings are sourced from renowned domestic companies.
4. The headstock adopts a symmetrical structure to ensure even thermal deformation and prevent spindle center misalignment.
5. The gears in the headstock and guide rail undergo quenching for accurate transmission and high rigidity.
6. The vertical lathe table is equipped with a wear-resistant guide guard made of zinc alloy and can be supplied with pressure oil (0.2-0.4MPA) between the rails to enhance its load-carrying capacity.
7. The casting of the vertical lathe undergoes strict artificial aging and vibration aging processes to ensure its rigidity and stability.
